Who you are buying from.
These terms govern your use of rawdesirevault.com and your purchase and use of Engineering Attraction, including the Playbook, Fillable Companion Workbook and access to the private Raw Desire Vault Discord community (together, the “System”).
Payhip operates the checkout and digital-delivery service. Payhip and your selected payment provider may present separate terms governing their services. These terms govern your relationship with Raw By Design. Nothing in any term removes rights that consumer law does not allow to be excluded.
02 / ORDER, PRICE AND DELIVERY
What happens when you buy.
Engineering Attraction: Playbook, Fillable Companion Workbook and private Discord access.
Digital PDF files and access instructions. No physical product is shipped.
£99 one-time payment. The final total is shown at Payhip checkout before payment.
Files and access instructions are made available electronically after successful payment.
Your order is an offer to buy the System. The contract is formed when payment is accepted and Payhip provides order confirmation or access to the content. Keep your receipt and use an email address you control.
If payment is refused, reversed or identified as unauthorised, we may withhold or suspend access while the issue is investigated. If you do not receive the files or access instructions, check the email address used at checkout and your spam folder, then contact us with your order number.
You are responsible for a compatible device, internet connection and PDF software. Adobe Acrobat Reader is recommended for saving entries in the interactive workbook; browser previews may not preserve form data reliably.
03 / INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Your personal-use licence.
When payment is accepted, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable licence to download and use the supplied PDFs for your own lawful, non-commercial use. You may print a personal working copy of the workbook.
You do not acquire ownership of the System or its intellectual property. Unless the law expressly permits it or we agree in writing, you must not:
- share, forward, upload, publish or make the files or download links available to anyone else;
- sell, rent, sublicense, redistribute or commercially exploit any part of the System;
- copy or adapt a substantial part to create a competing or derivative product;
- remove ownership notices, access controls or identifying marks; or
- use the material to train or populate a commercial artificial-intelligence system or dataset.
Brief quotation for genuine review, criticism or another use permitted by law is not restricted by these terms.
04 / RAW DESIRE VAULT
Community access.
The one-time purchase includes access to the private Raw Desire Vault Discord community at no recurring membership fee while that community continues to operate and your account remains in good standing. This is not a promise of permanent or “lifetime” operation, uninterrupted platform availability, personal coaching, private consultation or a guaranteed response from SHEFAN.RAW.
You need a Discord account and must also comply with Discord’s terms and policies. Access is personal to the purchaser and an invitation must not be shared.
We may update channels, features and reasonable community rules. We may warn, restrict or remove a member for a material or repeated breach, unlawful conduct, harassment, threats, privacy violations, invitation sharing, fraud or conduct that creates a genuine safety or security risk. Where appropriate, we will consider the context and use a proportionate response. This does not affect remedies you may have if the System was not supplied as described.
05 / RESPONSIBLE USE
Consent is not optional.
The System is for adults aged 18 and over. You must use it lawfully and with respect for other people’s autonomy, privacy, safety and boundaries.
Do not proceed where consent is absent, unclear or withdrawn, or where anyone lacks the freedom or capacity to give it. The System does not authorise manipulation, coercion, stalking, harassment, discrimination, deception or pressure.
Within Raw Desire Vault, you must not post another person’s private information; share intimate material without lawful consent; send unsolicited explicit material; threaten, harass or exploit anyone; facilitate unlawful conduct; impersonate another person; or disrupt the platform. Discussion can be direct, but members remain responsible for lawful and respectful conduct.
06 / EDUCATIONAL SCOPE
No guaranteed outcome.
Engineering Attraction is an educational framework. It is not medical, mental-health, legal or therapeutic advice, and it does not guarantee attraction, relationships, dates, sex or any other personal outcome. Other people make their own choices. Results depend on circumstances outside our control and on how you interpret and apply the material.
Examples and observations illustrate concepts; they are not instructions to ignore context, personal boundaries or the law. You remain responsible for your decisions, conduct, wellbeing and interactions. If you need professional advice or support, seek an appropriately qualified professional.
07 / CANCELLATION, FAULTS AND REFUNDS
Your statutory rights remain.
The System contains digital content supplied immediately after purchase. The checkout asks you to consent to supply beginning during the usual 14-day cancellation period and to acknowledge that the right to cancel is lost once supply begins. Do not complete the order if you do not want immediate supply on that basis.
After supply has begun following valid consent and acknowledgment, we do not normally refund a change of mind. This is not an absolute “no refunds” term. If the digital content is faulty, unavailable, not as described or we did not have the right to supply it, you retain all remedies provided by law, which may include repair, replacement, a price reduction or refund.

08 / OUR RESPONSIBILITY
Limits that do not remove your rights.
We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable when the contract was made, for your independent decisions or interactions, or for a failure caused by events genuinely outside our reasonable control.
The System is supplied for personal consumer use. We are not responsible for business losses such as lost profit, revenue, opportunity or goodwill arising from commercial use.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or your non-excludable statutory rights.
Payhip, payment providers, Discord and linked websites are independently operated services. We are not responsible for their acts or content, but we remain responsible for obligations that the law places on us as seller.
09 / GENERAL TERMS
The remaining framework.
CHANGES
The terms in force when you purchase govern that purchase. We may update these terms prospectively for legal, security or service changes, but we will not use an update to remove rights already acquired under a completed purchase. Material changes affecting ongoing community access will be communicated where reasonably practicable.
TRANSFER AND ENFORCEMENT
You may not transfer your licence or community access without our written agreement. We may transfer the business or our rights and obligations only where this does not reduce your consumer rights. These terms are between you and us; no other person has a right to enforce them.
SEVERABILITY AND DELAY
If a court finds part of these terms unlawful, the remaining parts continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a right does not waive that right.
LAW AND DISPUTES
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Courts in England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts. If you live elsewhere, any mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rights in your country remain available to you.
