The Playbook is educational reading. The Companion Workbook contains interactive fields and can also be printed for personal use. Raw Desire Vault is a private Discord community for discussion and peer connection; it does not include personal coaching, a private consultation or guaranteed replies.

02 / DELIVERY AND ACCESS
Immediate electronic supply.
Payhip processes payment and, after successful checkout, makes the digital files and access information available electronically. A download-page link is normally sent to the email address used at checkout. Delivery is therefore intended to begin immediately rather than after the 14-day cancellation period.
- Complete payment through the secure Payhip checkout.
- Open the confirmation or download page and save both PDF files to your device.
- Follow the included private instructions to request or activate Raw Desire Vault access.
- Keep your receipt and order number for support.
Community access is personal to the purchaser, requires a Discord account and remains subject to the community rules and Discord’s terms. It is included at no recurring membership fee while Raw Desire Vault continues to operate and your account remains in good standing.
03 / CHANGE OF MIND
Your cancellation rights.
UK consumers normally have 14 days to cancel a distance contract. Special rules apply when downloadable digital content is supplied during that period.
At checkout, you are asked to expressly consent to the digital content being supplied immediately and to acknowledge that you will lose the 14-day cancellation right for that digital content once supply begins. If you do not want supply to begin immediately on that basis, do not complete the purchase.
If valid consent and acknowledgment are given and supply of the downloadable content begins, we do not normally provide a refund merely because you changed your mind. If supply has not begun, or the legally required consent, acknowledgment or confirmation was not provided, your statutory cancellation position may be different.
The bundle also includes community access. Different cancellation rules may apply to a service element depending on how and when it begins. If you ask to cancel within 14 days, contact us and we will assess each supplied element under the applicable law rather than applying an absolute “no refunds” rule.
To communicate a cancellation, email Shefan@rawdesirevault.com with your name, order email, order number, purchase date and a clear statement that you wish to cancel. You may use your own words.
04 / FAULTS, DESCRIPTION AND REFUNDS
Change of mind is not the same as a fault.
Your statutory rights remain in full. Digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for any purpose made known and as described. We must also have the right to supply it.
If the content is faulty, corrupted, inaccessible, materially not as described or not lawfully supplied, contact us. Depending on the circumstances and the law, remedies may include:
- a replacement download or reasonable repair;
- restored or corrected access;
- an appropriate price reduction, which may be a full refund where justified; or
- a refund where we had no right to supply the content or another statutory refund right applies.
Where a refund is legally due, it will be processed without undue delay and within the period required by law, normally through the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise. Nothing on this page limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
05 / TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
Devices and file handling.
You need an internet connection to complete checkout and download the files. The PDFs can be read on common current desktop and mobile PDF software. For the workbook’s interactive fields, download and open a saved working copy in compatible software such as the current Adobe Acrobat Reader for Windows, macOS, Android or iOS.
Some browser viewers and built-in mobile previews display PDFs but do not reliably save interactive form entries. Save a backup copy before entering information and save your progress after each session. Printing is optional and for the purchaser’s personal use.
Discord access requires a compatible device, internet connection and Discord account. Third-party platforms may change their own technical requirements.
